• A leading specialty medical practice is seeking two experienced professionals for a contract role in a supportive environment.
• The position is based in Purchase, NY, and involves working with patients of all ages.
• Candidates should have relevant experience and be comfortable using generic healthcare technologies.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with electronic health records is a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program required.
• Preference for CMA or RMA certification.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor s degree in Biology or EMT certification considered.
• Five years of continuous Medical Assistant experience also considered.

• Experience with patient interaction and care.
• Strong communication skills for patient education.
• Knowledge of basic lab procedures and specimen handling.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Experience with medical instrument sterilization and supply management.
• Skill in assisting providers during examinations.
• Proficiency in recording patient information accurately.
