How you can make a difference:

As a Physical Therapist at Summit Health, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a setting that respects your clinical judgement and supports your growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing and documenting initial evaluations and treatment sessions in alignment with the state practice act and current best practices.
  • Develop individualized care plans that include appropriate prognosis, functional short/long term goals and complete documentation in a timely manner.
  • Regularly reassess patient progress and modify plan of care as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with clinic staff, physicians and other members of the health-care team.
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor's Degree;
    Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred
  • Current CT Physical Therapy License
  • BLS Certification

Pay Range: $45.14 - $56.44 Hourly

The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience and location of position.
