Junior Business Analyst; Bank and Financial

Contract Pay Range: $26-28/hour (W2), possible to convert to perm

Duration: 12-months, possible to convert

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading Wealth Management / Private Banking organization, supporting High Net Worth Lending products. This role partners closely with Financial Advisors, Private Bankers, and internal teams to provide product support, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Financial Advisors and Private Bankers with lending product inquiries
• Assist with documentation, escalations, and transaction support
• Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials
• Analyze data and trends to support business initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Risk, Credit, and Operations

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in banking, finance, or financial services
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Customer service or operations experience preferred
• Familiarity with data and reporting tools such as Tableau, Access, or Share Point
