Senior Analyst M&A Integration

Overview

The Senior Analyst, M&A Integration is an integral member of the team supporting all phases of acquisition integration. The qualified candidate will be a member of a highly visible team with a focus on supporting integration strategy development, planning and execution. The position reports to the VP, M&A Integration and will be based out of our Headquarters in Purchase, NY.

• Provide support for all phases of acquisition integration (integration strategy development, planning, execution and performance management, etc.) and divestiture management (separation planning, TSA development, due diligence, and separation execution).
• Partner with Business and Functional teams to align on integration scope, develop integration plans, identify cross-functional dependencies, and manage integration execution
• Lead regular meeting cadences including cross-functional program calls, workstream 1:1s, etc.
• Support Steering Committee presentations including drafting agenda and materials in partnership with business and functional stakeholders
• Support the quarterly M&A scorecard process including tracking business and operational KPIs
• Support implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance M&A outcomes including refining the next version of Mastercard’s integration playbook

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
