We are seeking a senior leader to drive the next phase of growth in the niche offering of Portfolio Margin. You will collaborate with Risk Management teams to build the next generation of products that enable the firm to manage trading risk more effectively.
The candidate will articulate a clear strategy, secure buy‑in from risk, product, sales, service, legal, and compliance stakeholders, and deliver results through an innovative, problem‑solving approach.
Responsibilities- Work with leadership and stakeholders to articulate a clear growth plan with an actionable roadmap of deliverables.
- Socialize the plan with the broader organization to gain acceptance.
- Define the client journey, create user personas, and analyze client interactions and trading patterns.
- Leverage findings to guide the design and building of product features that capture market share and increase stickiness.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and define complex systems.
- Create product artifacts (business requirements, functional requirements, migration plans, communication plans, project updates for senior management) and secure approval from business and technology leaders.
- Collaborate with partners in Risk, Sales and Service, UX, and channels teams to deliver the best experience for sophisticated clients.
- Drive forward the next phase of growth with a strategic and thoughtful approach.
- Work with Risk teams to understand their needs and help build the next generation of tools to manage risk.
- Minimum of 9 years of transferrable experience in relevant roles.
- Proven track record of building and launching new products for retail clients and/or internal stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of option pricing models and associated risk management.
- Ability to synthesize and model large data sets to extract valuable insights that deepen risk understanding or drive product improvement.
- Experience building and launching client‑facing applications.
- Experience managing a revenue‑generating product.
- Desirable: experience in risk management and data modeling.
Salary range: $110,000–$190,000 per year with eligibility for discretionary incentive compensation and participation in the relevant business unit incentive plan.
