A successful candidate for this role will be extremely organized, self-sufficient, resourceful, and have excellent communication skills. They will remain on top of their tasks and projects to ensure things get seen through to completion.
They will be flexible and open to assisting Dr. Dempsey with different professional needs as they arise.
This person will be responsible for:- Managing emails and inboxes
- Scheduling interviews, appearances, and meetings
- Managing both clinic and personal calendars
- Assisting with all travel plans including flights, stay, tracking receipts, submitting expenses, and transportation
- Taking minutes and notes during meetings where applicable
- Tracking deadlines and due dates for presentations, slide decks, and other items needed for appearances and conferences
- Coordinate podcast guests for Mast Cell Matters and manage all related communications.
- Create and edit visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for conference presentations, transforming Dr. Dempsey's notes and research into compelling, professional slides.
