• Conduct Inspections and Repairs:
  Aid in the inspection of vehicles and carry out basic repairs, including oil changes, brake pad replacements, and filter changes.
• Utilize Tools and Equipment:
  Employ a range of hand and power tools to identify and resolve automotive problems.
• Procure Parts:
  Assist in the ordering of parts and the management of inventory for repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintain Workshop:
  Ensure the workshop remains tidy and organized, with tools and equipment stored and maintained appropriately.
• Learn Under Guidance:
  Collaborate closely with experienced mechanics to master repair techniques and understand automotive systems, adhering to the checklists and guidelines set forth by the company.

• Education:
  
  Generally, a high school diploma or GED is required. Completing a certificate or diploma in auto mechanics is beneficial.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license is essential, with a preference for familiarity with both manual and automatic transmission systems.
• Mechanical Aptitude: A solid grasp of mechanical principles and the capability to work manually is crucial.
