Supervises, schedules, trains, and evaluates store staff, volunteers, and sorting room personnel;
Ensures accountability and security of store funds, prepares bank deposits, and maintains accurate sales and operational records;
Provides customer service, resolves operational or personnel issues, and maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment;
Coordinates donations, donation pickups, and proper handling of donated items
