This is a full-time remote role for a Residential and Commercial Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will handle loan origination by assessing and processing residential and commercial loan applications. Responsibilities include evaluating client financial profiles, identifying the best loan products to fit their needs, managing underwriting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration with borrowers, realtors, and other stakeholders is essential to provide exemplary service.
Qualifications- Proficiency in loan origination processes, including experience as a Loan Officer
- Strong knowledge in financial principles and products, particularly in residential and commercial lending
- Experience in underwriting and loan assessment processes
- Working knowledge of loans, including expertise in Small Business Administration (SBA) loans
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations and standards
