Tuition Centre Supervisor - Punggol | Up to $3k (0580)
Job Description:
- Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet
- Streamline work processes
- Plan and deliver of student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum
- To take on tuition classes
- To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
- Liaising with parents, students, schools, external vendors on any changes to schedule
- Training of new hires
- Handle firsthand issues for the outlet
- Providing regular updates to the management
- Any other operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
- Prior tutoring experience
