Sr. Executive Logistics

The candidate should liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery and compliance with international shipping and trade regulations.
Maintain accurate logistics shipment records and reports using Excel, ERP systems & other tools.
Assist in analyzing logistics carrier performance metrics for global team using Excel and Power BI dashboards.
Support supply chain initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, warehousing, and transportation team to fulfill projects deliverable.
Regularly update and maintain carrier rate information, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Evaluate the variance between market rates and actual KOHLER rates.
Collaborate with the global stakeholders to build, maintain, and support the implementation of ASO (Advanced sourcing optimizer) tools for Ocean, Air, LCL/consolidation, and Customs Brokerage.
Work with the Global team to analyze various scenarios and proposals.
Create and maintain a global Supply chain by utilizing the information of origin Supplier, Port of Loading, Port of sailing, Port of arrival, Destination port, Destination DC/Warehouse/Direct Import Customer for all lanes that are or may receive shipments.
Maintain International Inbound Routing Guide for Ocean & Dray components.
