Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to bookings, shipment status, and documentation
Coordinate vessel bookings, schedules, rollovers, and amendments
Prepare and verify shipping documents:
Shipping Instructions, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, DO, Arrival Notice
Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, terminals, CHA, and transporters
Ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with shipping & customs requirements
Maintain accurate shipment records and reports
Skills & Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Shipping/Logistics preferred)
Good knowledge of shipping documentation and processes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and shipping systems
