Executive - Logistic and Dispatch

The Executive – Logistic and Dispatch will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, coordinating logistics, and handling sales invoicing. The role requires strong experience in SAP and the ability to manage daily dispatch activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Prepare and process sales invoices accurately in SAP.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and customers to schedule and track shipments.
Ensure proper documentation for dispatch including invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
Maintain dispatch records and update the system regularly.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team.
Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or damaged goods in transit.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements related to logistics and dispatch.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on dispatch and logistics activities.
