Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, NVOCCs to ensure seamless service delivery
Analyze freight costs and market trends to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
Set and manage rates for various ocean freight services, ensuring alignment with market conditions and company margin objectives.
Support the operations and sales teams by providing timely, accurate, and competitive freight quotations.
Monitor pricing processes and performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
Adhere to organizational ethics, compliance standards, and QHSES policies in all business activities.
Ensure all pricing activities comply with applicable safety, legal, regulatory, and trade compliance requirements.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
Minimum 5-8 years in pricing in freight forwarding or related field
Bachelors or Masters degree in Logistics, operations or supply chain
Excellent negotiation skills for pricing management
Analytical mindset to assess pricing structures and cost efficiency.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
