Key responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the operations team to ensure efficient shipment management.
Oversee documentation, including Bills of Lading, bookings, and invoicing.
Ensure customers receive timely updates and maintain high service levels.
Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and optimize performance.
Align with deugro Group's compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
Promote adherence to the Group QHSES management system for safety and quality assurance.

Skills, knowledge and expertise:
Minimum 5
-7 years of working experience in the area of freight forwarding
Good knowledge in Lading, Bookings and Invoicing
Cargo wise will be an added advantage
Able to work independent and focus on work, as well as be excited to work in a team
Organized, structured, customer and service-oriented
