Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation, engage with beneficiaries, and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
Data Collection & Reporting:
Gather accurate field data related to project activities, beneficiary feedback, and challenges faced; prepare timely reports for management.
Community Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
Training & Capacity Building:
Support the organization of training sessions and awareness programs for community members and field staff.
Problem Identification & Resolution:
Identify issues or obstacles in the field and provide practical solutions or escalate to higher authorities when necessary.
Coordination:
Liaise with government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders for effective collaboration and resource mobilization.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all field activities comply with organizational policies and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications:
Graduate or diploma holder in Agriculture, Social Work, Rural Development, or related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in field operations or community development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in data collection and reporting tools.
