Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to manage retail sales operations, build strong relationships with store partners, and drive consistent sales growth across assigned outlets. This role focuses on store-level execution, product visibility, stock management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day retail sales operations across assigned stores.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store staff.

Ensure product availability, correct placement, and visibility within retail outlets.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.

Achieve assigned sales targets through effective store execution and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and issue resolution.

Track sales performance and maintain daily and monthly sales records.

Requirements

Candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in retail sales or store-level sales roles.

Graduate or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer buying behavior is required.

Comfort with regular store visits and on-ground execution is essential.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for dealing with retail partners and internal teams.

Ability to manage multiple outlets, follow schedules, and meet sales objectives is important.

Basic knowledge of sales reporting and documentation is required.
