Key Responsibilities:

1.Styling & Customer

Experience:

Assist clients in selecting outfits that suit their style and occasion.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience from selection to checkout.

2. Fashion Trends & Outfit Coordination:
Stay updated on current fashion trends and styles to offer relevant recommendations.
Help clients with fittings and ensure outfits complement their look.
Suggest outfit combinations and styling tips to enhance customer choices.

3. Store & Inventory Management:
Maintain a neat and visually appealing boutique space.
Keep track of inventory and ensure outfits are well-organized and available.
Handle packaging and presentation to maintain quality standards.

4. Vendor & Logistics Support:
Coordinate with tailors for outfit alterations when needed.
Work with logistics teams to manage deliveries and returns.
Ensure all garments are properly cared for and maintained.

5.Customer Service & Follow-Up:
Address customer inquiries and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Offer follow-up styling support and keep clients informed about new arrivals.
Help coordinate minor alterations or adjustments when necessary.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in fashion retail, styling, or personal shopping.
Interest in fashion and styling with a good sense of trends.
Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
Sales-focused mindset with enthusiasm for helping clients find the right look.
Organized and proactive in managing boutique operations and customer needs.
