Role :
Store Manager

Key Responsibilities  :
Manage end-to-end store operations, sales performance, and profitability for a furniture & home furnishing retail store.
Drive sales targets through effective team leadership, customer engagement, and conversion management.
Lead, train, and motivate the store sales team to deliver superior customer experience
Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
Handle customer escalations, order fulfillment coordination, and after-sales support.
Monitor store KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with retail SOPs.
Candidates with prior experience in furniture, home furnishing, or large-format retail preferred.

Other Details:
Minimum 5 yrs work experience in Large format retail stores.
Strong in customer dealing and team management.
