Experience:

2–5 Years

Industry: E-commerce / Warehouse / Retail Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day store operations
Lead and manage a team of associates
Ensure order processing (inbound, outbound, returns)
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
Shift planning and manpower allocation
Ensure SLA, productivity, and quality targets
Monitor attendance and performance of staff
Training and onboarding of new team members
Coordination with internal teams and vendors
Daily reporting and MIS updates
Ensure safety, compliance, and SOP adherence

Required Skills:

Team handling skills
Knowledge of warehouse/e-commerce operations
Basic MS Excel & reporting
Good communication skills
Problem-solving ability

Qualification:

Any, Graduate (Preferred)
