Key Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Support : Use all available channels (store, web, app) to meet customer needs and ensure a consistent experience.
Sales & Services : Propose relevant products, suggest complementary items, and offer services like repairs or buy-back programs.
Store Operations : Manage inventory, maintain store layout, update signage, and ensure a welcoming environment.
Community Building : Connect customers with sports communities and Decathlon events to promote an active lifestyle.
Skills Required:
Passion for sports and expert knowledge in at least one or more sports.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability to digital tools and omnichannel processes.
