Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Bartender role based in Pune at Flow cocktails and Cuisines. As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages to guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, providing recommendations to guests, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
Expertise in Bartending and a strong understanding of Food & Beverage services
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
Strong Communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
Proven experience in Cash Handling and managing payments accurately
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and industry trends is a plus
Previous experience in the hospitality industry and bar management is advantageous
