Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender. Located in Pune, responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean bar area. The Bartender will handle cash transactions, manage bar supplies, and contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for patrons. They will also ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols while working collaboratively with the team.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional experiences for guests.
Proficiency in Food & Beverage knowledge to craft drinks and recommend pairings.
Experience in Bartending and Cash Handling for accurate transactions and smooth bar operations.
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive, professional attitude.
Knowledge of local liquor laws and ability to manage a fast-paced work environment.
