Role And Responsibilities
Responsible for planning & scheduling shift production targets in a particular shift
Responsible for productivity improvement and rejection control
Responsible for machine ideal time/hold time
Responsible for Machine programming as per the production schedule and machine troubleshooting
Monitoring raw material issued and finished goods supplied to store and material matching
Responsible for manpower handing and their effective utilization
Responsible for checking product quality, label marking and packaging
Responsible for operator training before handover of the machine
Responsible for order closing and filling the scrap note or details of non-usable material post every order closing
Prepare Monthly production report
Prepare Machine-wise monthly analysis report
Prepare monthly report on mold changeover ideal time, mold changeover hold time, repair time for analysis
Prepare daily productivity MIS PPM
Factory order closing report
Supporting molding in-charge for special projects
Handle internal as well as customer audits
