Role Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time, on-site role at our Pune facility. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy-duty machining equipment, monitoring machinery to ensure optimal performance, and ensuring quality control in production processes. Additional responsibilities include using hand tools for adjustments, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.

The role requires collaboration with team members to meet production goals and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling various machinery types
Experience in Quality Control to maintain production standards
Familiarity with the use of Hand Tools in repair and maintenance tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with team members
Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting
Commitment to workplace safety and adhering to operational guidelines
Prior experience in a similar role in the heavy machinery industry is a plus
A technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred
