Preparation of GMP documentation including SOPs, BPRs, protocols, reports, and equipment qualification documents.
Ensuring all fill–finish packing equipment is installed, operational, and maintained in proper working condition.
Training and guidance of personnel working in the packing and visual inspection areas.
Assignment and monitoring of job responsibilities for reporting team members.
Management of material inventory related to packing and visual inspection activities.
Planning and execution of batch packing activities as per production schedules.
Maintenance of area cleanliness and execution of cleaning activities as per approved SOPs.
Operation, verification, calibration, and cleaning of weighing balances (up to 1.5 kg capacity).
Handling and supervision of labeling, packaging, and visual inspection activities.
Execution of visual inspector qualification activities as per defined procedures.
Review of completed logbooks and executed GMP documents.
Issuance, review, and submission of GMP documentation.
Compliance with packing QMS requirements, including hands-on handling of QMS closures.
