Job Responsibilities:
Supervise overall packing and visual inspection operations in the Fill-Finish department.
Prepare and review documents including SOPs, BPRs, protocols, reports, and equipment qualification documents.
Ensure all equipment installed in the Fill-Finish packing area remains operational and compliant.
Conduct training for personnel working in packing and visual inspection areas.
Assign job responsibilities to reporting team members and monitor performance.
Manage material inventory and coordinate availability for batch execution.
Plan and execute batch packing activities as per production schedules.
Maintain area cleanliness and ensure execution of cleaning activities as per SOPs.
Perform operation, verification, calibration, and cleaning of weighing balances (1.5 kg).
Handle labeling, packaging, and visual inspection activities.
Conduct visual inspector qualification activities.
Preferred candidate profile: Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical injectable operations, OSD manufacturing, or biosimilar packaging and visual inspection.
