What to expect:

Key responsibilities and accountability areas

Operate and monitor tablet compression machines
Check materials, machine settings, and tools before starting production.
Perform in-process checks (weight, thickness, hardness) as per SOPs.
Record all observations in batch records and logbooks accurately.
Clean and maintain machines to prevent cross-contamination.
Troubleshoot minor issues and report major breakdowns.
Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain cleanliness in the compression area and assist in line clearance.
Essential education, experience and skills:

ITI / Diploma /

B.Sc. /

B. Pharm or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in tablet compression in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Good knowledge of cGMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with commonly used compression machines.
