Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Revenue Officer located in Pune. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective strategic planning and excellent leadership. The Chief Revenue Officer will collaborate with other leadership team members to set and achieve financial goals, expand market reach, develop robust customer acquisition strategies, and own sales-focused initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with a strong ability to manage teams and meet revenue targets.
Strategic Planning skills, including the development of long-term growth strategies and expansion plans.
Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Experience in similar leadership roles in a background in EdTech is a must.
Responsibilities
Own total company revenue (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Drive MoM growth
Build forecasting systems with 90%+ accuracy
Achieve defined revenue milestones
Lead and scale Inside Sales & Closers team
Improve conversion rate
Increase Revenue per Counsellor
Reduce funnel leakage & optimize ATS
Ensure zero mis-selling and ethical selling practices
Align sales promises with actual program delivery
Maintain high Student Satisfaction (≥90%)
Build & manage high performing inside sales team
