Job Description

✅ Strong hands-on experience in Enterprise Risk Management

✅ Exposure to first-line defense, operational risk, data privacy

✅ Clear signs of career stability & consistency

✅ Understanding of operational risk discussions at steering committee level

✅ Strong communication & analytical skills—ability to challenge, approve controls, and close gaps

✅ Working knowledge of KRIs & CSA

✅ ISO 31000 certification (preferred)

✅ Background in Commerce or MBA (Finance)

Qualifications

- 8–10 years overall, with 3–5 years in ERM / First Line of Defense
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analyst, Statistics or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in senior management roles, multiple years of experience in risk-related professions, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks in financial and operational settings is highly beneficial.
