Ensure turnaround time is maintained as specified by client and internal processes
Identify, highlight, and correct cases that fall outside defined TAT
Audit & Documentation
Conduct audits as per defined guidelines on documents received from the pickup team
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of audit documentation
MIS & Reporting
Maintain and update all relevant MIS and operational reports
Support the Group Lead in sending timely and accurate MIS to Head Office and customers
Reconciliation & Control Closure
Ensure timely closure of control sheets and reconciliation activities
Monitor discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
Team Recruitment & Training
Recruit team members as required to meet operational needs
Train team members to ensure timely delivery and quality output with minimal disruptions
Attendance & Work Allocation
Manage team attendance on a daily basis
Allocate and reallocate work effectively in cases of absenteeism to ensure continuity
Team Management & Development
Maintain team motivation and morale to improve productivity
Conduct formal and informal performance assessments and provide constructive feedback for team development
