Technical Executive

What This Job Involves    Technical Operations & Cost Management:
Execute flawless technical activities across all building systems.
Monitor and manage operating and utilities costs.
Review and approve invoices for technical services.
Ensure contractor maintenance practices align with manufacturer recommendations and company preventive maintenance standards.
Oversee the repair and maintenance of cooling and heating systems, plumbing and water supply, electrical and lighting fixtures, and other equipment.
Perform routine inspections, inventory management, and documentation of technical systems.
Leadership &

Collaboration:

Provide sound leadership to electricians, overseeing their scope of work and ensuring high performance.
Collaborate effectively with superiors, peers, and subordinates across various departments.
Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors regarding all maintenance services.
Reporting & Documentation:
Monitor all maintenance activities.
Produce daily and weekly summary reports on maintenance activities and operational performance.
To Apply, You Need to Have:

Education:

A degree in a relevant technical field.

Experience:

A minimum of  three years of experience  in a similar technical role within the industry.
Technical Competence:
Strong working knowledge of relevant policies and building maintenance practices.
Proven expertise in the principles and techniques of carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, and general property management is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
