Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning of office areas including workstations, cabins, conference rooms, reception, corridors, and common areas
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing floors, furniture, and surfaces
Cleaning and maintenance of washrooms, including toilets, washbasins, mirrors, tiles, exhaust fans, and refilling consumables
Handling waste management, including segregation and disposal of dry and wet waste
Deep cleaning activities as per weekly and monthly schedules
Cleaning of doors, windows, glass partitions, blinds, curtains, fans, lights, AC vents, etc.
Replenishment of office supplies such as tissues, handwash, sanitizers, room fresheners, and water bottles
Maintaining pantry cleanliness, including washing utensils and disposal of garbage
Reporting any damage, repair requirements, or safety hazards to the supervisor
Following hygiene, safety, and company protocols at all times
Supporting special cleaning requirements during events, meetings, or audits

Skills & Requirements:

Prior experience in office or commercial housekeeping preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety practices
Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to follow instructions and schedules
Polite, disciplined, and professional behavior

Working Conditions:

Office environment
May require early morning or extended hours during deep cleaning or special requirements
