Purchase​/Procurement Engineer

Qualification:

BE or Diploma in Electronic with 1 to 3 yrs experience in Import purchasing activities of electronic parts. From Electronic / Automation Industry only
Job profile:
1) Planning Procurement of Import and Local Electronic Components to meet the company requirement.
2) Tracking handling Import Consignment custom clearance
3) Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
4) Vendor development for various raw materials which includes, negotiations with vendors for better price, to decide payment terms and shipping terms.
5) To check Days Of Stock(DOS) and Month Of Stock(MOS) and to control inventory accordingly.
6) To check order confirmation, shipping details, mode of shipment, ETD and ETA to update in system
7) To communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues with the help production unit.
