Should have strong knowledge of O2C process (order management & Supply chain management)
Should have strong knowledge on handling overseas/international customer orders
Should have knowledge of EDI order, Manual order, and request on customer portal
Should have basic know knowledge of production planning
Should be able to handle various account with various order change request. Perform day-to-day Order management task.
Perform various change request sent by various (like sales, Planning, Supply) team & update the effective counterpart Proactive & flexible to meet business requirement.
Should co-ordinate with logistic, Order fulfilment, Planning, Finance & sales Team
Should have knowledge on payment terms used in business
Should have knowledge of load plans for the logistic team
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues promptly
