DGM Distribution & CFA Management-Pharma

Position: DGM Distribution & CFA Management-Pharma Co
Candidate will be responsible for Oversee and Implement distribution strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Candidate will be responsible for handling PAN India distribution for multiple sales divisions.
Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain management process from end to end, including inventory management, transportation, and logistics.
Candidate will be responsible Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Marketing, vendors, transporters, and Production and All Cluster Heads & Divisional Heads
Develop and implement processes and systems to track and monitor key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and supply chain costs.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to product safety, quality, and traceability.
Required Candidate profile
Any Science graduate, MBA in supply chain or Material Planning and 20 - 25 years of experience in handling pan India Distribution with Pharmaceutical company supporting Multiple Division.
You should have proven experience in the areas of Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Distribution, Logistics, Systems Implementation and People Management.
You should have prior experience in managing third-party logistics providers, distributors, and suppliers.
You should have good experience in distribution and supply chain management in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting multiple divisions.
You should have excellent communication skills and you should be good in Close coordination with all division head, Market head and other head department.
