Position Deputy Manager
- Legal Department & Work Location Legal
Qualification LL.B from recognized institute
Experience Min. 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in Company/ Legal firm.
Candidates from Manufacturing company would be preferred.
Job Purpose & Role
a) Provide legal advice to business team and support to the AVP
-Legal in conducting in the business.
b) Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts which include but not limited to tenders, RFPs, teaming contracts MOUs, Supply contracts, O&M contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, Product Development Agreement etc.
c) Ensuring legal compliance across the company, its JVs, and subsidiaries.
d) Provide business with strategic advice in context to any complex documentation.
e) Provide Legal Opinion in case of any dispute that may arise in conducting the business. Key Activities & Expectations
You are expected to adapt to business requirement in quick turnaround time. You are required to draft the Agreements after understanding legal and business requirement. Key Deliverables & Technical skills required Proper understanding of Commercial Contract. Clarity of basic concept of Contract Act, International legal requirements and business necessity. High accuracy in document review and verification.
