Role
- This role includes  design and   development of end-to-end Generative AI and interpretable AI/ ML solutions  with actionable insights and hands on with different cloud-based services. Help in Identifying algorithm selection, Data acquisition, Data cleaning, Data augmentation, Metrics selection, Model evaluation, Customization and Deployment.

Must-Have

Skills:

Must have hands on Python based web and back end frameworks like Django, flask
Hands-on Gen AI experience  across LLMs like OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, Falcon, etc.
Advanced RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Multi-Modal RAG
Lang Chain, LlAMA
LLM Fine-tuning - PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA, Adapters etc.
Text analytics: NLP, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modelling, Seq2

Seq, Attention model, Tokenizer, TFIDF, Word2

Python-based web and back-end frameworks like Django, flask, fast API

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate the technology trends and implement them within the product in accordance with the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Carry out quick POCs/ build MVPs to rapidly demonstrate solution possibilities/feasibilities across Infrastructure, Storage, Analytics, AI/ML, Security etc.,
Ensure efficient usage of tools and implementation of processes and systems thus creating a proficient environment for effective delivery.
Experience building SOLID solutions with purposeful development patterns on Azure cloud platforms.
Observe the market for related technology solutions, assess if they suit the company's tech strategy and set the acquisition goals.
Predict technology's application for business. This may include long-term tech trends or the impact of the technology element on a company's roadmap.
Support business development initiatives - solutioning, estimations, RFI/RFP participation, supporting sales engineering activities.
