Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

Collaborate with business partners to understand purchasing requirements across multiple categories (e.g., IT, Marketing, Facilities, HR Services, Travel, Events).
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and administer purchasing agreements for assigned categories.
Analyze spend data and market trends to support competitive pricing and cost optimization.
Support contract management activities, including renewals, compliance checks, and documentation (e.g., NDAs, DPAs, MSA, SOW).
Monitor supplier performance and report on service levels, compliance, and risk.
Assist in the implementation of procurement tools and processes to enhance analytics and customer experience.
Liaise with stakeholders to incorporate seasonal demands and meet targets/SLA requirements.
Provide regular updates and insights to management on sourcing initiatives and project status.
Apply sound judgment within established policies to determine appropriate sourcing actions.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

Demonstrated success in managing multiple purchasing categories (indirect procurement preferred).
Strong understanding of contract management modalities and supplier relationship management.
Effective communicator with negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in procurement or sourcing.
Certification (e.g., CPSM, APICS CSCP) is a value add.
Experience in multiple purchasing categories (IT, Marketing, Travel, Facilities, HR, etc.) preferred.
