Analyze and understand complex enterprise application landscapes (500+ applications).
Collaborate with business teams and technical architects to define future-state solutions.
Drive Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR) initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and eliminate redundancy.
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Support digital transformation programs and modernization initiatives.
Apply SDLC and project management best practices across engagements.
Create business cases, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
