Role Overview We are looking for a Product Manager who will own and drive product strategy and execution across Desk Dyne, Mealawe, and Navmool . This role requires close collaboration with technology, marketing, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products across both B2B and B2C ecosystems .
The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, technical understanding, and market orientation with the ability to manage multiple products in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for all three products
Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure timely execution
Partner with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and launches
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align product direction with business objectives
Execution & Delivery Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and iteration
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning in an Agile environment
Monitor product performance using data, analytics, and customer feedback
Customer & Market Focus Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis
Understand B2B and B2C customer journeys and pain points
Drive continuous product improvement based on insights and metrics
Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on technology products
Proven experience managing products in both B2B and B2C markets
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum practices
Ability to work effectively with engineering and marketing teams
Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech in Engineering or related field
MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)
Experience working in a startup or fast-growing product company
Familiarity with SaaS, consumer apps, or platform-based products
