Understand the company's product thoroughly its features, functionalities, and value proposition.
Deliver engaging and informative product demos to clients, tailored to their needs.
Act as a communication bridge between clients and the engineering team.
Gather client feedback and relay it to the product and engineering teams for improvements.
Assist in creating documentation, FAQs, and support materials to streamline client onboarding and usage.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and feature updates.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong grasp of technical concepts (training will be provided).
Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
Client-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Basic understanding of product lifecycle and SaaS tools (preferred, not mandatory).
