Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven  Virtual Sales Executive  to manage and grow  Sophos channel business  across the Pune & ROM region. This role is ideal for someone who understands cybersecurity solutions, enjoys partner engagement, and can drive business growth through strong channel relationships.

Key Responsibilities  Manage and nurture Channel Partners across the assigned Region.
Conduct regular virtual interactions with partners to drive engagement.
Create awareness about the complete Sophos product portfolio (Endpoint, Firewall, ZTNA, MDR, XDR, Email, Cloud, etc.)
Understand partner business models, strengths, and focus areas.
Encourage and enable partners to grow Sophos business.
Drive pipeline creation, deal closures through partners.
Enable partner teams through sales and technical trainings, webinars, and enablement sessions.
Work closely with internal teams for deal support, promotions, and campaigns.
Track partner performance and ensure consistent business growth in the region

Skills & Requirements  Experience in cybersecurity / IT security products sales (Channel sales preferred)
Strong understanding of channel-driven business models
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a virtual sales environment
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on business growth and partner success
