Develop and maintain end-to-end process flows (L1 to L5) using MS Visio or similar tools
Prepare SOPs, SOWs, SLAs, and governance documentation for project consistency
Create and manage trackers for project status, work allocation, and time monitoring
Design stakeholder project decks with visual insights and structured reporting
Role Responsibilities:
Lead project governance initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow documentation
Drive change management and identify project risks early
Standardize communication and reporting across strategic project portfolios
