We're looking for a Customer Success Consultant who can own the post-onboarding client journey — ensuring every engagement runs smoothly, delivers measurable results, and deepens the client's trust in our work. This isn't just about managing accounts; it's about being the strategic partner clients turn to for guidance, clarity, and growth opportunities.
You'll act as the glue between our clients and internal creative, media, and analytics teams — aligning expectations, streamlining processes, and ensuring deliverables consistently exceed expectations. What You'll Do
Client Relationship Ownership
Serve as the main point of contact for clients after onboarding.
Understand each client's business goals and ensure deliverables directly support them.
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic conversations.
Identify upsell opportunities, renewals, and potential risks to client retention.
Process & Playbook Development
Create scalable processes for client success and delivery.
Develop SOPs, templates, and feedback systems to ensure consistency and quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate client feedback into workflows.
Project & Delivery Coordination
Manage timelines, task allocation, and dependencies across multiple projects.
Track deliverables and proactively communicate progress to stakeholders.
Flag risks, scope changes, or blockers before they impact delivery.
What You'll Bring
2–4 years in a creative or digital marketing agency environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with varying needs.
Solid understanding of creative production and campaign life cycles.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, Click Up, etc.).
Strong communication skills — clear, empathetic, and confident with both clients and internal teams.
Experience in performance marketing, content-driven campaigns, or both.
Track record of building or improving internal workflows and documentation.
