Job Description:
Service Now Development:
Strong development skills for Service Now applications, modules, and customizations.
• Service Portal:
Hands-on experience on Service Now portal development and customisations along with Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design comprehensive portal, ensuring full coverage of Service Now features and functionalities.
• Integrations:
Hands-on experience on complex third party integrations (both web services and plugin based) with Service Now platform
• CMDB and Asset Management Knowledge:
Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset concepts
• Continuous Improvement:
Continuously enhance and optimize Service Now platform with best practices to improve efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness of processes.
Qualifications (Must):
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Service Now Developer
- Advanced Knowledge of Service Now complex Integrations
- Advanced Knowledge of Service Portal
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Good knowledge about different SCDL
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Experience of leading a team will be an advantage
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Service Now CSA certified
- Micro certification – Service Portal
