Experience Level: Mid-Level – Service Now with 8+ years of experience in platform administration, configuration, and ITSM operations. Strong technical foundation in automation, workflow design, and enterprise system support. Hands-on CMDB & Domain separation is mandatory.
What is expected out of you?
As a part of this Job
CMDB ( Configuration Management Database ):
Responsible for maintaining CMDB data accuracy and CI relationship integrity.
Domain Separation: Managing multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshooting domain conflicts.
Platform Administration & Configuration :
Perform day-to-day administration, including managing the technical configuration of the platform, building forms, and creating reports and dashboards.
User Management & Security :
Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.
Maintenance & Upgrades :
Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and error identification/remediation, and manage the planning and execution of platform upgrades and patches.
