Responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the Maximo application, ensuring optimal performance and reliability, and system performance.
Provide support for Maximo users, including user access, and security.
Ensure that Maximo integrates effectively with other systems and provides support to end-users.
Monitoring system performance, identifying issues and troubleshoot technical issues and apply fixes.
Troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the system current and functional.
Ability to collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts across internal and external team.
Knowledge of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS
8.x/9.x) and Red Hat Open Shift.
Experience with Red Hat OCP & Maximo Installations, upgrades, and patch & code deployments.
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as IBM Cloud, Azure, GCP, and AWS.
Experience with Red Hat Open Shift and Kubernetes for cloud-native MAS deployments (preferred).
Experience with Maximo Upgrade projects and familiarity with Maximo IT & Utilities.
Proficient in Maximo Administration skills, including Web Sphere app server.
Experience with SSO, LDAP, and SAML configurations.
Experience with Maximo Configuration Migration using Migration Manager (preferred).
7-10 years of strong experience in IBM Maximo Administration and upgrade Projects.
