- Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Desktop (PAD) workflows for business process automation
- Analyze manual and semi-automated processes to identify automation opportunities
- Build robust attended and unattended desktop automations
- Work with Excel, PDFs, web apps, legacy systems, and desktop applications
- Implement error handling, logging, and exception management in workflows
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of PAD flows
- Support deployment, monitoring, and post-production maintenance of automations
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in RPA / Automation development
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
- Good understanding of Power Platform ecosystem
- Experience working with:
- Excel automation
- Web automation (selectors, browser actions)
- File handling (CSV, PDF, folders)
- Knowledge of loops, conditions, variables, exception handling
- Basic understanding of SQL / databases (good to have)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues
