User Interface Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

Location:

Pune (Viman Nagar) , Gurugram – Sector 19, (Enkay Center)
Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST
Work Model: 5 Days work from office

We are seeking an experienced  UI/UX Designer  with a strong background in designing intuitive, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with  AI-powered design and code-generation tools  and can rapidly translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality design specifications. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications
Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Use Figma for design systems, layouts, and interactive prototyping
Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) to accelerate wireframe and layout generation
Build and iterate on prototypes using AI-powered code editors
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation
Deliver clear design specifications and documentation to support development
Participate in design reviews, usability discussions, and rapid iteration cycles
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all designs

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
Hands-on experience with Figma (wire framing, prototyping, design systems)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience using AI-assisted design and development tools
Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
